Dana Neely
Education and Outreach Specialist
Dana joined the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in August of 2024. Prior to working as an Education & Outreach Specialist, he spent ten years as an educator and case manager in the alternative and public school settings.
Nora Haynos is a bilingual Education and Outreach Specialist. Before joining the Office of Attorney General, she worked as a Program Coordinator and ESL instructor in Colombia, and as an ESL instructor in Pennsylvania.

David Shallcross has worked to protect our communities for over 30 years. In 1986 he was appointed as a Deputy Sheriff with the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office 1986-2007

Dorene joined the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in 2022. Prior to her career with the OAG, Dorene was an English teacher with 27 years of service.
Phil Little has dedicated his entire career to public service at the federal and state levels. Phil has worked as a teacher with the Freedom Area School District, working with students on subjects of special education and history.
Alan McGill is a Senior Supervisory Special Agent currently assigned to the Office of Public Engagement. Agent McGill has been a professional investigator for over 30 years with 23 years in law enforcement.
Joshua Goodin is an Education and Outreach Specialist, joining the Office in August 2023. Prior to joining, he was a Community Engagement Liaison/Supervisor at Turning Points for Children.

The Community Drug Abuse Prevention Grant Program was created to foster parent and community groups in leading grassroots efforts to prevent the consequences of drug and alcohol abuse from harming Pennsylvanians, especially children and young adults.
