AG Sunday Announces $17.85M National Settlement Over Generic Drug Price-Fixing; Pennsylvanians are Eligible for Compensation
HARRISBURG – Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Pennsylvania has joined a multistate coalition in securing $17.85 million in settlements with generic drug manufacturers Lannett Company, Inc. and Bausch Health over allegations the companies conspired to inflate prices and restrict competition.
