HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that the ongoing investigation of a North Philadelphia-based drug-trafficking enterprise — which involved charges last year against more than two dozen people — has yielded recent seizures of more than 20 motor vehicles, many of them high-end cars.
