Consumers have the right to ask questions, file complaints, and seek help when they believe an insurance company has acted unfairly, improperly denied a claim, delayed payment, misrepresented coverage, or engaged in deceptive practices.

Complaints Involving an Insurance Company

If you have a complaint involving an insurance company that does NOT involve fraud, you should contact the Pennsylvania Insurance Department or the Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.
