HARRISBURG – Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Pennsylvania has joined a multistate coalition in securing $17.85 million in settlements with generic drug manufacturers Lannett Company, Inc. and Bausch Health over allegations the companies conspired to inflate prices and restrict competition.

HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that the former director of a southwestern Pennsylvania youth football league is charged with diverting nearly a quarter-of-a-million dollars in league assets to personal accounts.

Joseph Alvin, 41, of Dubois City, is charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and related offenses. Alvin is being held at the Centre County Correctional Facility on $405,000 bail.
