The goal of LETI is to connect individuals suffering from substance use disorder with treatment options. Drug overdoses are now the number one accidental killer in the Commonwealth. It is our greatest public health challenge and our greatest public safety challenge.
The Agriculture, Communities and Rural Environment (ACRE) Law authorizes the Pennsylvania Attorney General to review and, if necessary, challenge local ordinances that unlawfully restrict normal agricultural operations under state law.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General is combating the opioid and substance-abuse crisis by holding manufacturers and distributors accountable through settlements that fund prevention, treatment, and recovery programs, partnering with law enforcement to disrupt illegal drug distribution, and supporting community-based education efforts to reduce overdoses and save lives statewide.
The Community Drug Abuse Prevention Grant Program funds and supports parent, school, and community-led grassroots initiatives that provide education, prevention, and safe alternatives to drug and alcohol abuse to keep Pennsylvania youth and communities healthy and drug-free.
Our fraud protection efforts investigate scams, hold bad actors accountable, and provide resources to help consumers recognize, report, and avoid fraud.
We enforce laws that restrict youth access to tobacco, hold violators accountable, and support initiatives that promote healthier, tobacco-free communities.
