Michelle Gwinn Nutter, PA Office of Attorney General’s Director of Public Engagement, is a Pennsylvania-certified teacher and former Safe and Supportive Schools Manager for the PA Center for Safe Schools. Michelle provides training and technical assistance for schools and community organizations on a variety of safety and prevention topics.  She is a certified trainer in a number of prevention programs, including:  the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program; Lifelines Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Postvention Program; Safe Dates; and Partners Against Hate. She assists schools in the prevention of and effective response to bullying, cyberbullying and bias-related tension incidents. Michelle received her B.A. Degree in English Education from Messiah University and a M.S. in Education Law from Nova Southeastern University. Michelle participated in the 2016 White House Bullying Prevention Summit.
