HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday announced charges against a Philadelphia man — a convicted felon not to possess firearms — regarding the home manufacture of 3-D printed firearms, and an ongoing investigation of transfers of those weapons.

HARRISBURG — The Office of Attorney General issued a written response today to the Pennsylvania State Police and the Office of General Counsel regarding settlement for payment of outstanding bills tied to the security enhancement work at the private residence of the Governor. This settlement agreement was submitted to the Office of Attorney General for a form and legality review which all contracts must receive under the Commonwealth Attorneys Act.

HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that a Philadelphia-based man will serve 9 to 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to solicitation of murder, the straw-purchasing of 31 firearms and related charges.
