Allegheny County Man Charged with Extorting 15-Year-Old Girl in Exchange for Fentanyl that Caused Girl’s Fatal Overdose

A collaborative investigation involving the Office of Attorney General, North Fayette Police Department, and the 51st Statewide Investigating Grand Jury led to the charges. The investigation revealed that 27-year-old Shakeirs Foster extorted the girl for sexual conduct — in exchange for him providing fentanyl, which led to the girl’s death on May 14, 2024.
