Fireworks Display Registration

Planning a public fireworks display in Pennsylvania? Use this form to register your display with our office. Provide your event and operator details, attach the required documentation, and sign your application to complete the registration process.

Fireworks Display Resources

Upon completion, submission and approval of an Office of Attorney General application by the Criminal Law Division, the Office of Attorney General will issue a certificate of registration which is valid for one year from the date of issuance. There is no cost associated with this process.
