HARRISBURG — Attorney General Michelle Henry announced that a preliminary hearing was held today before District Judge Matthew Seavey in Chester County regarding charges against Danelo Cavalcante.
The Office of Attorney General presented evidence, and at the conclusion of the hearing, the district judge ordered all 20 charges be bound over to county court for trial.
Cavalcante appeared in person at the preliminary hearing. Bail conditions remain the same — Cavalcante is being held without bail.
The next step in the process is formal arraignment in Chester County Court. That date is TBD.
