HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday and the Pennsylvania State Police announced arrests related to a Detroit-to-northwest Pennsylvania drug trafficking pipeline that was cut off with vehicle stops this week.

Three brothers — Davon Johnson, Davion Johnson, and Keshawn Johnson — are among those facing charges. Twin brothers, Davon and Davion Johnson, both 25, were arraigned Tuesday on felony corrupt organizations and drug trafficking charges, along with related offenses. Bail was set at $100,000 cash apiece.

Keshawn Johnson, 31, is not in custody.

Kelsey L. Parks is also charged with felony corrupt organizations and related offenses. Her bail was set at $50,000 cash.

The Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigation had been surveilling suspected drug trafficking activity from Detroit, Michigan, into Erie and Lawrence counties. On Monday, Pennsylvania State Police stopped two vehicles, driving into New Castle from Michigan. Arrests were made and cocaine was seized.

“Our efforts to stop drug trafficking networks extend to every corner of the Commonwealth,” Attorney General Sunday said. “With our partners, we were able to halt this interstate cocaine trafficking organization and will continue to investigate to ensure all are charged for their roles.”

Charges against other individuals are expected as the investigation continues.

The case will be prosecuted by Senior Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Zurisko. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
