Former Franklin County Youth Sports Coach Jailed up to 28 Years for Sexually Assaulting 3 Children, Secretly Filming Others

HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Justin Biser, a former Franklin County youth baseball coach, has been sentenced to 14 to 28 years in prison for sexually assaulting three children between 2021 and 2023.
