Delta is operated by Omega Vehicle Services LLC and its managing member Charles Seruya.
HARRISBURG – Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced today that the Office of Attorney General has filed a complaint against Internet Hobbies, LLC and Hobby Models, LLC, two online shops operated by co-defendants Dale and Diane Bruner. The complaint alleges that the defendants consistently failed to deliver products and failed to refund consumers’ money, violating the Commonwealth’s Consumer Protection Law.
HARRISBURG – Attorney General Josh Shapiro today announced a settlement concerning a fraudulent telefunding operation that bombarded 67 million consumers nationwide, with 1.3 billion deceptive charitable fundraising calls since 2008. Associated Community Services (ACS) placed 61,526,158 calls to phone numbers in Pennsylvania from Jan. 1, 2016 through Aug. 31, 2019. In some instances, 47,562 Pennsylvania phone numbers were called more than 10 times in a week, 81,200 were called more than three times a day, 271,417 were called two times an hour, and 4,515 were called more than three times an hour.

HARRISBURG— Attorney General Josh Shapiro filed a lawsuit today against Vision Property Management (Vision) and its affiliates for operating a “rent to own” scheme that has affected more than 650 low-income families in counties across Pennsylvania. The suit alleges that Vision utilizes misleading sales tactics to lure consumers into entering “rent to own” agreements on foreclosed houses that are in serious disrepair. Unbeknownst to the consumers, the agreements provide no ownership rights, consumers face immediate ejection if they fall behind on payments, and the agreements unlawfully attempt to make the consumers responsible for expensive repairs required to make the houses habitable.
