Anthony Luker is an Education & Outreach Specialist with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, Office of Public Engagement. Anthony’s professional background includes extensive work as a legislative assistant with state government prior to becoming both a District Director and Community Relations Director with the U.S. House of Representatives. Anthony’s professional background also includes work as a disciplinarian and member of the school leadership team with the School District of Philadelphia. Throughout his many years of service, Anthony has maintained a steadfast commitment to helping those in need. This passion for service led to Anthony spearheading the development of a non-profit agency (Urban Sports Zone/Urban Literacy Zone), designed to service economically disadvantaged youth in the areas of education and organized sports. Since its' inception, the program has serviced more than 400 at-risk and high risk youth, throughout the City of Philadelphia. Anthony has received his Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University in Criminal Justice and Political Scieopnce.
