HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that a Schuylkill County man was sentenced to 25-50 years in prison for possessing more than 400 files of child sexual abuse material.
Antony Cuff, 47, of Shenandoah, was previously convicted by a Schuylkill County jury of 17 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, all felonies.
The 408 files of child sexual abuse material consisted of 238 images and 170 videos.
“Exploited and abused children are revictimized every time these types of files are downloaded, viewed, or shared online,” Attorney General Sunday said. “This prison sentence reflects the seriousness of the conduct, and is another result of our Child Predator Section’s commitment to tracking down offenders.”
During the investigation in February 2025, the Office of Attorney General’s Child Predator Section discovered that Cuff used a neighbor’s internet connection to upload and access files of child sexual abuse material through Bing. The search of his Shenandoah home also uncovered a doll commonly owned by sex offenders in Cuff’s bedroom.
The case was prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Kimberly Moraski.
