Michelle Gwinn Nutter, a Pennsylvania-certified teacher and former Safe and Supportive Schools Manager for the PA Center for Safe Schools, is the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s the Director of Public Engagement and Civil Rights Outreach Specialist.

Connor Ferrara

Education and Outreach Specialist

Connor Ferrara is an Education and Outreach Specialist who joined the PA OAG Office of Public Engagement in February 2020.

Danielle Moore

Education & Outreach Specialist

Danielle Moore is an Education and Outreach Specialist, joining the Office in December 2021.

Phil Little

Education and Outreach Specialist

Phil Little has dedicated his entire career to public service at the federal and state levels. Phil has worked as a teacher with the Freedom Area School District, working with students on subjects of special education and history.

Jerry Mitchell

Education and Outreach Specialist

Jerry Mitchell is an Outreach Specialist with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Jerry has been working in state government for 18 years, specializing in computer application development, cyber-crimes, and fraud.

Dave Shallcross

Director of Senior Protection Unit
Education and Outreach Specialist

David Shallcross has worked to protect our communities for over 30 years. In 1986 he was appointed as a Deputy Sheriff with the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office 1986-2007

Alan McGill

Senior Supervisory Special Agent

Alan McGill is a Senior Supervisory Special Agent currently assigned to the Office of Public Engagement. Agent McGill has been a professional investigator for over 30 years with 23 years in law enforcement.

Joshua Goodin

Education and Outreach Specialist

Joshua Goodin is an Education and Outreach Specialist, joining the Office in August 2023. Prior to joining, he was a Community Engagement Liaison/Supervisor at Turning Points for Children.
