Phil Little has dedicated his career to public service at both the federal and state level. Phil has worked as a teacher with the Freedom Area School District, working with students on subjects of special education and history. Upon leaving Freedom, Phil was appointed to oversee the Housing Authority of the County of Beaver’s BRIDGE Subsidy program. In his time with the housing authority, Phil acted as a liaison in breaking down the negative stigma of public housing and rental subsidies, all while successfully working with the private housing industry to house mental health consumers in Beaver County. In 2014 Phil joined the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General as an Education and Outreach Specialist. Phil currently serves as a member of the Beaver County Drug Abuse Coalition, and the Beaver County Alliance for Consumer Protection. In 2016, Phil was awarded a proclamation by the Greene County Commissioners for his work in educating the citizens of Greene County on the opioid epidemic. Phil has received his B.A. Degree from Slippery Rock University and his M.A. from Western Governors University.
