HARRISBURG — Attorney General Michelle Henry announced the arrest of a Monroe County man who was found with several pounds of cocaine and methamphetamine, illegal firearms, and 24 improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

Office of Attorney General agents were assisted by an FBI bomb squad during the Sept. 12 search warrant at Robert C. Stull’s Saylorsburg home on Kunkletown Road. The home was secured and none of the explosive devices detonated.

Stull, 46, was taken into custody and charged with felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, illegal possession of firearms, weapons of mass destruction, and related offenses.

He was arraigned and bail was set at $250,000 cash.

“A thorough investigation and collaboration with law enforcement resulted in the arrest of a dangerous individual, who possessed guns and explosives as part of his drug trafficking operation,” Attorney General Henry said. “The cache of firearms and explosives found at the scene put investigators and the community at great potential risk. I am thankful this arrest was carried out without anyone being hurt.”

Through the investigation, Office of Attorney General Bureau of Narcotics Investigation agents determined that Stull was dealing methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and THC products. The PSP Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) assisted with this operation.

During Thursday’s search, agents found and seized:

  • 4 pounds of methamphetamine
  • 6 pounds of cocaine
  • 3 firearms, including one with an obliterated serial number
  • 24 improvised explosive devices
  • $22,409 cash
  • More than 10 pounds of marijuana and THC products

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 19.

This case is being prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Christy Schlottman of the Office of Attorney General Drug Strike Force Section. The defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty.
