  • Complaints Involving an Insurance Company
    If you have a complaint involving an insurance company that does NOT involve fraud, you should contact the Pennsylvania Insurance Department or the Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection. 

    The Insurance Department can assist you in a number of consumer related issues such as cancellation / non-renewal of a policy, claim handling, billing disputes and general policy questions. The department can be reached by phone, fax, E-mail or in writing:
