Man sentenced for Facebook threats
Harrisburg, PA - A Philadelphia man who threatened District Attorney Seth Williams and FOP President John McNesby on his Facebook page pled guilty to terroristic threats and was sentenced today.
Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane said Joshua S. Albert, 26, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 7 ½ months to 23 months, followed by 24 months of probation.
On his Facebook page, and on a website, Albert offered financial incentives to anyone who would kill Philadelphia County District Attorney Seth Williams, FOP President John McNesby, and other police officers.
Albert was arrested and charged in September, 2012.
